Reminders for Volunteers
Please ensure volunteers are showing up in uniform: black slacks or work pants, black non-slip shoes, and the blue uniform shirt provided. Any volunteers not in proper uniform will not be permitted in the building to work.
Volunteers may wear a black jacket underneath their uniform shirt; however, they cannot wear the hood while working the shift.
Only solid black baseball caps without logos are permitted for volunteers who choose to wear a hat.
Volunteers with hair past the shoulder must pull it back during the shift.
Please ensure that volunteers bring a lock for the lockers, as personal items are not allowed in the pantry area.
We will have sign-in/out sheets for volunteers. They must sign in and out for their shift to ensure proper payment and check out with the In-Seat supervisor before being dismissed.
Parking is off-site for the duration of the Rodeo at5000 Clearfork Main Street, Fort Worth, TX 76107
. A shuttle will bring volunteers to the arena. Please ensure they allow enough time to park and arrive on time.
