Purpose:
Supporting the designated field program for the Yes on Prop. 409 campaign, a bond initiative to expand Valley wise Health, the Maricopa County public health hospital. This role will include attending campaign events, including but not limited to canvasses, phone banks, text banks and community meetings, on behalf of Yes on 409 and engaging directly with voters and volunteers through Election Day, Nov.
4, 2025.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Canvassing, Tabling, Phone banking, and Text banking
- Reporting field metrics
- Attending community events on behalf of the Yes on Prop. 409 campaign
- Assisting with the planning and execution of campaign events as needed
- Recruiting new volunteers as needed
- Attending regularly scheduled staff meetings
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Campaign field experience, including canvassing, community organizing, or voter outreach
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual and responsive
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required
- Must work evenings and weekends
- Coachable and receptive
- Reliable, punctual and responsive
