JOB TITLE: Member Services Representative

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Greet members and guests,
Provide information about programs, services, and memberships,
Provide assistance as needed, and answer questions,
Sell memberships, help with renewals,
Process payments,
Maintain accurate records in the system,
Stay updated on schedules, events, and changes, and communicate this information to members,
Provide support for daily operations,
Ensure member services area remains clean, organized, and welcoming, and promptly report any safety issues.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
The Member Services staff are an essential part of the Y. The successful candidate will be reliable, friendly, outgoing, and able to provide excellent customer service to all members
WHAT WE OFFER:

This part-time position with flexible hours Monday – Friday 3:00 p.m. – 9:00 pm, as well as an occasional weekend of Saturday 8 am. -3 pm, Sunday 1 pm – 5 pm.
