Give to Africa is a pioneering online giving platform dedicated to connecting donors with trusted nonprofits, NGOs, and foundations across Africa. By leveraging technology, we empower organizations to amplify their social impact, enhance transparency, and drive sustainable change in their communities.
We are expanding our reach and are looking for Country Representatives to help establish Give to Africa in their home countries. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a groundbreaking philanthropic movement while shaping the policies and processes that will guide our platform’s growth.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Country Representative, you will play a critical role in growing and co-launching Give to Africa in your country. Your key responsibilities include:
✔ Identifying & Recommending Nonprofits – Connect Give to Africa with high-impact NGOs, foundations, and charitable organizations in your country for potential onboarding.
✔ Policy Development & Onboarding Support – Help establish guidelines and policies for vetting and onboarding NGOs to ensure transparency, compliance, and trust.
✔ Training & Capacity Building – Lead or assist in training sessions for NGOs, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to thrive on our platform.
✔ NGO Verification & Due Diligence – Work with local organizations to verify legitimacy, assess impact, and maintain quality standards for NGOs joining Give to Africa.
✔ Community Engagement & Advocacy – Help build awareness and trust in Give to Africa’s platform by engaging with key stakeholders, including nonprofit leaders, donors, and policymakers.
✔ Academy Involvement – Contribute to Give to Africa Academy, supporting NGOs with capacity-building programs, training, and strategic guidance to enhance their fundraising potential.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking dynamic, well-connected professionals who are passionate about nonprofit development and philanthropy in Africa. The ideal candidate will have:
✔ Experience in the nonprofit sector (NGO leadership, foundation management, philanthropy, or social impact roles)
✔ Strong local networks within the nonprofit, corporate, and donor communities in their country
✔ Knowledge of NGO regulations and best practices for nonprofit governance, compliance, and transparency
✔ Excellent communication and training skills – ability to lead workshops, onboard NGOs, and advocate for Give to Africa
✔ A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive impact
