Position Summary

InfuDerm is seeking an experienced, highly skilled, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a strong background in aesthetic medicine. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience independently evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, performing aesthetic procedures, managing complications, and delivering outstanding patient experiences.

This position requires a provider who is passionate about aesthetics, committed to continuous education, and comfortable working in a fast-growing, technology-driven practice.

Required Clinical Experience

Applicants must have prior hands-on experience performing and/or managing the following aesthetic procedures:

Injectable Treatments

  • Botox®
  • Dysport®
  • Xeomin®
  • Daxxify®
  • Dermal Fillers (Juvederm®, Restylane®, RHA®, Versa®, Radiesse®, Sculptra®, etc.)
  • Lip enhancement
  • Chin and jawline contouring
  • Cheek augmentation
  • Temple restoration
  • Tear trough treatment
  • Full facial balancing
  • Facial assessment and injection planning

Regenerative Medicine

  • Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)
  • Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF)
  • EZ Gel procedures
  • Bio-stimulatory treatments
  • Hair restoration therapies
  • Under-eye rejuvenation
  • Skin rejuvenation using regenerative therapies

Microneedling Procedures

  • Traditional microneedling
  • Radiofrequency (RF) microneedling
  • Morpheus8
  • Scarlet RF or equivalent systems
  • Combination therapies

Laser Procedures

Experience with one or more of the following:

  • Laser hair removal
  • IPL (Intense Pulsed Light)
  • Pigmented lesion treatments
  • Vascular lesion treatments
  • Skin rejuvenation lasers
  • Fractional laser resurfacing (preferred)

Facial Procedures

  • HydraFacial
  • Medical-grade facials
  • Chemical peels
  • Acne treatments
  • Skin consultations
  • Skin care product recommendations

IV & Wellness Services (Preferred)

  • IV hydration therapy
  • Vitamin infusions
  • Wellness consultations

Essential Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Perform aesthetic procedures safely and independently.
  • Evaluate patients for candidacy and contraindications.
  • Obtain informed consent.
  • Photograph patients before and after treatments.
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
  • Recognize and manage complications associated with injectable and laser procedures.
  • Maintain emergency preparedness for vascular occlusion, allergic reactions, and other adverse events.
  • Educate patients regarding pre- and post-treatment instructions.
  • Participate in treatment planning and package recommendations.
  • Assist with development of clinical protocols.
  • Participate in staff education and training.
  • Maintain exceptional patient satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with physicians, medical director, RNs, estheticians, and administrative staff.

Qualifications

  • Active Virginia Nurse Practitioner license.
  • National NP Certification.
  • DEA registration (preferred).
  • BLS certification required.
  • ACLS certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of aesthetic medicine experience preferred.
  • Strong portfolio of injectable treatments.
  • Excellent facial anatomy knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and consultation skills.
  • Strong sales and patient education abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Candela lasers
  • Cynosure lasers
  • Alma lasers
  • Lutronic devices
  • Aesthetic EMR software (Aesthetic Pro, Nextech, Zenoti, or equivalent)

The successful candidate should demonstrate proficiency in:

  • Facial anatomy
