**POSITION SUMMARY**
Responsible for providing additional support to the staff and leadership within the program. This individual assists in training new staff and in supporting the implementation of trauma informed principles and practices, including staff debriefing. This position is responsible for assisting leadership in monitoring staff morale and in implementing necessary trainings, meetings and practices within the program.
**POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education**
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Individual must have 1-4 years’ experience in a residential setting, including MH-IDD experience.
- Must be an agency driver or become one within 90 days of hire.
