This nurse will help fulfill the care requirements of our patients in a warm and caring environment. The nurse will support the Director of Nurses with management of the Nursing department.

Responsibilities:
Managing a skill caseload
Psychotropics
Leadership and staff education
Wound care
Educating patients and family members
Reporting changes to physician
Documentation
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Active Utah RN license
CPR/BLS certification
Experience in a nursing leadership role
Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with residents, staff, other healthcare professionals, and family members
Proficiency in EHR and documentation
