Job Title: Administrator

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring effective office systems and procedures.
Coordinate meetings, events, and activities, including scheduling and logistics.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for various organizational projects and initiatives.
Provide support in preparing reports, presentations, and communications for stakeholders.
Assist in financial management tasks, including budgeting, invoicing, and tracking expenses.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.96 – $20.08 per hour
