We are looking for anAdministrative Event Assistantto work at the national office of a globally recognized charity organization in the Yonge and Eglinton area. Our ideal candidate would have at least 2-3 years of previous administrative, office, or events experience, preferably in a nonprofit or event planning environment.
This is a great short-term opportunity with a fantastic team and the chance to work with a world-class organization.

Responsibilities
Monitoring mailbox inquiries and sending them to the appropriate staff
Building PowerPoint presentations
Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of fundraising events
Setting up meetings
Sending invoices
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask with competing and changing priorities
Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Canva, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
Experience with Databases required. Raiser’s Edge, Crowd Change, and Duda are an advantage
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in afast-paced environment
French language skills are an asset
