We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our Executive Director and team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and multitasking skills who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Office Administration: Manage daily office operations, maintain supplies, and ensure a well-organized workspace.
Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Executive Director and staff.
Visitor & Communication Management: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and stakeholders.
Event & Program Support: Assist in planning and executing Lagcoe’s key events, including logistical coordination and registration.
Administrative Support: Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation; maintain records and files.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism and customer service.
