Position Summary:
The National Register of Health Service Psychologists is seeking a dependable and diligent individual to join our team as a part-time Administrative Assistant. This employee will provide customer service and administrative support to the National Register staff.Â
Position Details:
This is a part-time (two days per week/14 hours), remote position, well-suited for someone completing a post-baccalaureate degree in a mental health field. Due to staffing schedules, we currently require the two scheduled workdays to be on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.

The National Register of Health Service Psychologists is the largest credentialing organization for licensed psychologists. Established in 1974, the independent nonprofit organization is dedicated to improving healthcare by identifying psychologists who meet specific credentialing standards to consumers, healthcare organizations, and regulatory bodies.

Essential Responsibilities and Tasks:
Prompt and friendly customer service to the organization’s membership
Answer phones and direct incoming calls to appropriate staff members
Financial processing, including depositing payments.
Record and database management.
Print and mail letters and information packets.
Additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Education/Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degreeÂ
Pay
$20-$25 per hour based on experience and skills.
