Position: Administrative Assistant (Nonprofit)
The Choice is seeking a temporary administrative assistant for our client, an environmental advocacy nonprofit.
This position is temporary due to a busy growth period in the organization. The time frame could be 1-2 months or more ongoing depending on volume and needs at the organization.
This would be a great opportunity for someone with strong, proven administrative experience who is interested in working for a wonderful nonprofit organization.
The ideal candidate will **
Flexible availability to start a new position and work a hybrid schedule (this is not a fully remote position)
At least 3 years of previous administrative/program support/executive support experience, preferably with a nonprofit organization
Strong writing and communication skills
Completed Bachelor’s degree
The Administrative Assistant will support the following **
Sending out communications
Scheduling
Special operations projects for the department supervisor
General administrative support
