Administrative Assistant for Non-Profit– Local nonprofit seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support to the staff at their facility in Pennsauken, NJ.

This is a full-time position where you will earn $19 an hour and work Monday through Friday from 7:30AM to 3:30PM. Plus, you will enjoy weekly pay and be eligible for health, dental and vision insurance.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, travel, and departmental activities. You will also be expected to:

Manage special projects and act as a departmental liaison.

Oversee the supervisor’s schedule and calendar.

Answer phones and welcome visitors.

Document and record meetings.

Prepare correspondence, memos, charts, and reports.

Maintain HUD, DMHAS, and program records.

Track DHMAS subsidy and lease timelines.

Collaborate with Specialists and Program Leadership on lease and subsidy paperwork.

Support HUD Community Homes compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Process rent payments for HUD Community Homes.

To be considered for this position, you must have an AA degree from an accredited college OR 4 years of related work experience and:

Strong computer skills and proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite.

Exceptional analytical skills.

Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
