Role Overview
Hale Kipa, Inc. is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer. This individual would provide assistance and support to the CEO, specifically around scheduling meetings, registering for conferences, booking/coordinating travel arrangements, creating flyers, support letters, and following up on emails. Additionally, this individual would support necessary assignments as given by the Board of Directors, develop and manage a grants database, and perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, copying, running errands, and answering phones.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
2 years of college preferred
Two years of office experience, including computer skills required
Clerical skills required
One year of administrative position in social services or human services field preferred
Requirements:
A valid driver’s license
Working vehicle
