Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Loaves & Fishes, Clarksville, TN
Position Type: Part-Time (7:30 AM – 1:30 PM, Monday – Friday)

Job Summary:
Loaves & Fishes is seeking a highly organized and diligent Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a structured environment, possesses a strong work ethic, and exhibits kindness and professionalism in all interactions. This position requires expertise in office administration, social media management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and leadership team.
Answer and manage phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for leadership and organizational activities.
Manage and update the organization’s CRM database with donor and volunteer information.
Maintain digital and physical filing systems for efficient record-keeping.
Assist with drafting, editing, and formatting correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as needed.
Oversee and update social media platforms to engage the community and promote events.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for administrative tasks.
Ensure office supplies are stocked and reorder as necessary.
Maintain a positive and drama-free work environment, promoting teamwork and respect.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with donor/volunteer databases preferred).
Experience in social media management for business or nonprofit organizations.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for serving the community.
Previous experience in administrative support, office management, or a related role preferred.
