Overview
Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources team. This role offers a chance to work with a dynamic team, providing essential HR services to all Seven Hills subsidiaries.
Compensation: $18 hr
Responsibilities
Support HR functions, including record management, data collection, and system maintenance.
Communicate HR policies, procedures, and programs to employees.
Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, applicant screening, and recruitment strategies.
Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and leave administration.
Prepare reports on EEO, OSHA, VETs, and other HR data.
Act as a liaison between HR and internal/external customers.
Participate in meetings, career fairs, and other HR-related events.
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in Personnel Administration, Business, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
1-3 years of relevant HR experience, ideally in health care, education, or human services nonprofit.
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
