About the Role

The organization is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executive leadership. This hybrid role plays a critical part in coordinating executive operations, managing strategic priorities, organizing board meetings, and supporting key organizational initiatives.

The ideal candidate has strong executive support experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative and calendar management support.
  • Coordinate board meetings, committee meetings, and leadership events.
  • Prepare executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Track strategic initiatives, action items, and follow-up activities.
  • Support planning and execution of organizational events and programs.
  • Manage scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting logistics.
  • Communicate with board members, volunteer leaders, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidential documents and executive records.
  • Utilize Microsoft 365 and virtual collaboration tools effectively.
  • Support daily executive office operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–7+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative support experience.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership teams.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 proficiency.
  • Experience with virtual meeting platforms.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong multitasking and project coordination abilities.
