Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining communication with clients and team members, providing executive administrative support, and performing clerical duties. The role requires handling phone calls with professional etiquette and ensuring efficient coordination between various departments and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office software
Ability to work independently and remotely
Previous experience in a consulting or similar professional environment is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
