Our growing non-profit ministry, Kingdom School and Ministry (KSAM), based in Thomasville, Georgia, is looking for a full-time ministry administrative and personal assistant to join our team.

KSAM was formed by Charlie Lewis, who started with a series of books he wrote inspired by his many years of being a successful entrepreneur while incorporating scriptural parallels to help people discover their divine purpose and live the successful, meaningful life they were created to live! Charlie and the Ministry’s efforts, through these many books, continue to touch the lives of people all over the world(ministered in over 60 countries to date.)KSAM also has a global Prayer Share Community and is very proud that it has now touched people’s lives in every country around the world. We are humbled by this accomplishment and continue to see dramatic each month.

The ministry is centrally located at The Kingdom Center in Thomasville on a tranquil 25-acre property with 4 ponds and an outbuilding for gatherings. The main building contains offices for the staff and a full-production TV studio. This is a beautiful and inspirational place to work each day.

The Ministry Administrative and Personal Assistant is a full-time position with office hours Monday through Friday (8am to 5pm). Your primary duty is to assist the operations manager, KSAM management team, and founder Charlie Lewis with the day-to-day options. Being a good multi-tasker, along with strong organizational, communication, writing and computer skills, are necessary to be successful in this position.

Some of the key duties will include:

· Ability to help create and post social media content, primarily with Facebook.

· Help manage the online admin with the KSAM website and Amazon.

· Prayer Share Community oversight and assist in coordinating the Global Prayer Team with members from across the globe.

· Order fulfillment for books and training materials. This includes receiving, processing, and shipping orders as necessary.

· Assisting with future book editing and proofreading.

· Provide oversight for the Kingdom Center facilities.

· Coordinate and manage day-to-day efforts with the groundskeeper.

· Purchase needed materials and supplies for Kingdom Center.

Key skills required:

· Ability to organize and make progress on multiple projects at one time.

· Strong reading and writing skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.

· Travel to speaking engagements, set up display, merchant materials

Additional skills that would be helpful but NOT required:

· Experience in Adobe Creative Suite a plus: InDesign and Photoshop particularly.

· Experience with, or ability to learn, how to operate video studio equipment (cameras, lighting, video switcher, etc).

· Experience with video editing and using Adobe Premiere Pro.
