The Hive Fund is seeking an administrative and operations fellow to support our small but mighty team in achieving their programmatic goals over the next two years. This newly created role presents an exciting opportunity for an early- to mid-career candidate to learn about philanthropy from the inside. The fellow is also invited to participate in program meetings to learn about climate/racial/gender justice movements and grantee partners across the South.
The ideal inaugural Admin and Ops Fellow is someone both passionate and skilled in playing a supportive role within a team, bringing a can-do spirit and commitment to rigor and excellence, as well as a sense of humor and collegiality.
