Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Admin / Rostering Personnel to support a growing team in the disability and home care sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in rostering using ShiftCare, a background in mortgage-related admin tasks, and a strong understanding of NDIS processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage staff schedules and client rosters using ShiftCare

Provide general administrative support, including data entry, file management, and client documentation

Liaise with staff and clients to coordinate shifts and resolve rostering conflicts

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and client care standards

Support mortgage-related administrative tasks as needed

Maintain up-to-date records of staff police checks and clearances

Requirements

Proven experience in administrative and rostering/workforce roles

Familiarity with ShiftCare or similar scheduling platforms

Mortgage experience is essential

Understanding of NDIS and its documentation requirements is highly preferred

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Must have a valid and up-to-date police check/clearance
