Tucson Residence Foundation is a non-profit human service organization that has been providing residential support for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in the Tucson metro area since 1971. Tucson Residence Foundation is now seeking an ADH Licensing Specialist. This position will be responsible for Recruitment and Training of Foster Care families, completing required certification & licensing processes with all providers, maintaining regular contact including quarterly home visits, monitoring ADH providers for ongoing compliance with all certifications and licensing requirements, acting as a liaison / resources to families, maintaining documentation in accordance with State & OLCR regulatory requirements.
Qualified applicants will have a bachelor’s degree in any related field; the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, conduct interviews, and work cooperatively with external agencies in support of ADH licensed providers and members; proficiency with computer and Microsoft Office programs; a current and valid Arizona driver’s license with clean driving record; and be able to meet all background and personal history checks.
Preferred candidates will have two+ years of experience as a Licensing Specialist, be bilingual (English/Spanish) and have familiarity with OLCR/ Quick Connect System.

Pay: $30,000.00 – $36,500.00 per year
