About The Role

The purpose of this role is to provide administration and support for the accreditation processes of the College, including support of the Accreditation Committee. Responsibilities include:

Provide administration and support for the accreditation activities for an allocated group of training programs, Formal Education Courses (FECs) and Certificates of Advanced Training.

Drafting of high-quality reports for the review and approval of the accreditation panels within designated time frames.

Attendance at meetings of designated accreditation panels with stakeholders, both in person and online.

Administration and analysis of stakeholder surveys and datasets including the Medical Training Survey.

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications and/or equivalent experience in business administration or education required, with exposure to post-graduate education or accreditation environment.

Sound understanding and/or experience in the accreditation of educational programs is preferred.

Well-developed written and interpersonal communication skills, and ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders, prepare high-stakes written reports using concise and accurate language within tight time frames.

Flexibility to travel interstate and overseas to support accreditation activities, and for after-hours and weekend work as this will be required several times a year.

Experience within membership or nonprofit organisations is a plus, along with a passion for driving meaningful change in mental health care.

Australian or New Zealand citizen or holds the right to work in Australia.

Salary range from $64,533 to $77,398 inclusive of superannuation and leave loading.

A great hybrid working arrangement with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.

A monthly free paid day off for full-time staff.

Gender neutral 12 weeks paid parental leave for both primary and secondary care givers.
