Description
The American Arbitration Association (AAA) is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to support key financial operations, including payment processing, billing, and collections. This role ensures accurate reconciliation of client transactions and contributes to excellent internal and external service. Responsibilities include posting deposits, managing case payments, assisting with billing breakdowns, and communicating with clients regarding payment status.
Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement; candidates must reside at a U.S. location within 125 miles of their assigned office location. Compensation will be determined based on geographic location.
Compensation
Fresno, CA; Dallas, TX; Atlanta, GA: $51,000 – $54,000
Johnston, RI: $51,900 – $55,000
New York, NY: $60,000 – $63,800
This position is also eligible for quarterly performance-based incentives.

Qualifications
Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field; or equivalent experience
At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Knowledge of collections procedures and basic accounting
Strong attention to detail and clear verbal and written communication
