Full Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure timely, complete and accurate cash disbursements for vendor payables such as insurance, communications, and fuel and other expenses, as well as asset purchases for all three corporations. Responsible for disbursement, expense reimbursements to staff and clients, and client payroll. Responsible for the collection, processing and bank deposits of all and various types of cash receipts for all three corporations. Maintain timely and accurate filing of all records and follow all financial accounting, internal control and proper separation of duties procedures. General duties or projects as assigned by the Finance Director. Maintain confidentiality of all client and agency information and ensure security of cash, checks, credit cards and other financial items.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with Sage 50/Daceasy Accounting Software, or similar software. Strong computer skills, as well as excellent mathematical and data entry skills. Proficient with MSOffice EXCEL and WORD. Ability to follow sound financial management practices and general office procedures. Work independently with high attention to detail, with strong organizational, time management skills. Ability to use sound judgment in decisions for all accounting and payable transactions. Work professionally with the public and coworkers.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 yrs experience in accounts payables work and computer data entry.
