This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounting Manager passionate about leading and guiding a non-profit organization making breakthroughs in disease research. The position offers a hybrid work schedule (2 days in-office, 3 days remote) and is located near the University District.
The role involves leading a team of 3 within a 75-employee non-profit that generates approximately $10-12M annually, with plans to grow and streamline operations. Key requirements include non-profit accounting experience, familiarity with software such as MIP, in-house payroll, grant accounting, knowledge of 2 CFR 200, auditing, leadership skills, and advanced Excel skills.
The successful candidate will help modernize and improve the organization’s accounting processes. The salary range is up to $115K, with 20 days PTO (plus an additional day each year), and 12 holidays.
