Company Description The 911 Cell Phone Bank is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that offers a free, secure recycling service for donated, surplus, and unclaimed electronic devices across the United States. Using third-party verification software, the organization ensures complete data erasure in accordance with DOD NIST 800-88 Rev. 1 guidelines. Repurposed devices become emergency phones for survivors of abuse, older adults, and other vulnerable individuals who need reliable access to help. Since 2004, more than 150,000 phones have been converted into emergency devices to assist people nationwide. Generated funds support family justice centers, domestic violence units, TRIADs, and health care facilities.
Role Description The Account Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ocala, FL. This position is responsible for building, maintaining, and expanding relationships with partner organizations, donors, agencies, and other stakeholders that support the 911 Cell Phone Bank mission. Day-to-day activities include managing account communications, responding to inquiries, coordinating device donation and recycling logistics, and ensuring a positive, professional experience for all partners. The role also involves tracking account activity, preparing basic reports, assisting with outreach initiatives, and collaborating with internal team members to improve processes and support program growth. The Account Relationship Manager serves as a key liaison between external partners and internal operations, helping to ensure that devices and resources are directed effectively to those in need.
