As an

Account Director , you will develop short- and long-term strategies to meet client‘s marketing and financial objectives. You will manage fundraising programs for several non-profit clients serving as senior client contact. You will collaborate internally with all departments to ensure effective execution of program and campaign strategies.

Please note that this is a hybrid position out of our office in Lincoln, MA.

Your Impact:

Oversee direct marketing campaigns from strategy development through creative, data processing, and production. Identify upgrade opportunities; participate in sales process. Consult on database and data management issues including troubleshooting and reporting/tool development. Participate in and/or direct budget development process, and re-projecting budgets. Identify campaign or financial issues that require further analysis; provide direction for analysis.

Your Profile:

A Bachelor‘s degree with 7-10 years‘ experience in direct response, fundraising, and non-profits required, preferably for an agency or a large national non-profit organization. Outstanding analytical abilities. Previous management experience. Outstanding relationship building and

communication skills

. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and excellent understanding of database tools. Availability to commute to Lincoln, MA office on a hybrid basis.
