Job Summary
Supported Accommodation Project Coordinator (Job
-08) – Permanent contract, based in Paignton. Salary £29,757 per annum pro rata, 25 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Oversee supported accommodation project and lead a small team in supporting vulnerable young people aged 16‑25 towards independence.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day activities of staff, ensuring quality of support and effective housing management.
- Participate in lone working and out‑of‑hours on‑call rota to provide emergency support for the project.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver high‑quality services.
