Job Description:
Content & Storytelling
- Develop and execute a content strategy centered on impact, transformation, and community stories
- Create blogs, articles, success stories, and long-form narratives
- Lead video content direction (scripts, storyboards, narrative arcs)
Social Media Content
- Plan and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Build platform-specific storytelling formats (short-form, reels, long-form)
- Drive engagement through meaningful, insight-led communication
Website Content
- Own all website content (structure, copy, updates)
- Work with agencies to ensure the website reflects impact and credibility
Brand & Messaging
- Define and maintain tone of voice, messaging frameworks, and communication guidelines
- Ensure consistency across all internal and external communication
PR & Outreach
- Collaborate with media to amplify CSR initiatives
- Support leadership communication, speeches, and key announcements
Collaboration
- Work closely with CSR, program teams, and field teams to capture real stories
- Align with fundraising and advocacy for unified messaging
Skillsets required :
- 5–7 years in content, communications, or PR (CSR / nonprofit preferred)
- Strong writing and storytelling ability (long-form + digital formats)
- Experience managing social media content ecosystems
- Understanding of video storytelling and content production workflows
- Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams
