Duties Will Include:Maintain and further develop a detailed curriculum for multiyear 3D design studioProvide weekly instruction to the 3D Design cohortsWork closely with the Program Director to ensure successful outcomes for participantsEnsure creative projects in Creative Agency are running on time and adhering to the scope of workCommunicate project status, milestones, and tasks to creative team members and stakeholdersInterface with current and prospective clients, with professionalism and tactManage personnel and resource needs for projectsMaintain YDC lab and equipment in an organized and professional mannerQualificationsAt least 6 months experience working in an agency or fabrication lab environment.Relevant portfolio of work experience upon request.Demonstrated success in project management, coordination, and communication.Experience with project management and scheduling platforms (Asana, calendly etc).Proficiency with digital devices using both MacOS, Microsoft, and Google Suite.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud suite preferred. Creative, proactive, collaborative and strategic thinking.Passion for encouraging and working with creative youth.About Youth Design CenterYouth Design Center is the first nonprofit, youth-led creative agency and maker space in East Brooklyn.
