Operation HOPE is currently seeking a PROGRAM MANAGER for the 1MBB initiative reporting to the SVP of 1MBB Initiatives. This position is responsible for program development, implementation, management and oversight of the Clinton Global Initiatives (CGI) project and other special programs under the 1MBB initiative. This also includes performance impact, results and relationship management with key special program partners.

A Program Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple related projects within an organization to ensure they align with the 1MBB business goals and deliver value.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning and Strategy Development

Define program objectives, scope, and key deliverables.
Align the program with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
Develop a detailed implementation roadmap with milestones and timelines.

2. Program Coordination and Execution

Oversee and synchronize multiple projects within the program.
Ensure all projects align with the broader program strategy.
Facilitate collaboration among teams to maintain progress.

3. Stakeholder Communication and Engagement

Keep executives, project managers, and team members informed.
Manage expectations and address stakeholder concerns.
Conduct regular meetings and provide status reports.

4. Risk Assessment and Mitigation

Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
Monitor for early warning signs of issues.
Implement corrective actions when necessary.

5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones.
Ensure program objectives are met on time and within budget.
Provide reports and insights to leadership for decision-making.

6. Compliance and Quality Assurance

Ensure adherence to organizational policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
Maintain high-quality standards in program delivery.
Conduct evaluations and audits to ensure continuous improvement.

7. Change Management and Adaptation

Address unforeseen challenges and adjust strategies as needed.
Manage organizational change and support teams through transitions.
Ensure smooth adoption of new processes, tools, or systems introduced by the program.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

Reports to and coordinates program development, implementation and execution with the 1MBB SVP of Operations and the Chairman for the 1MBB initiative
Steward a strong culture based on the organization’s core values, principles and reflective of our commitment to diversity and inclusiveness
Actively participate with HOPE Program Operations leadership to set annual goals aligned with the strategic plan and at the right intersection of ambitious and feasible
Manage and communicate 1MBB CGI and other program performance
Collaborate with internal departments (Accounting, HRII, HOPE Corps, Marketing and Partnerships/Development) to ensure all efforts on behalf of 1MBB follow internal processes and procedures
Assist the Learning Department in the development of educational content you may have identified in the market that HOPE needs to address Ensure 1MBB CGI pages on HOPE website are accurate and up to date

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Position requires some travel to fulfill responsibilities (less than 10%)

Skills/Qualifications:

High aspirations for all people to be successful and empowered financially
Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
Self-motivated enough to reach out and bring in new business
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in nonprofit management with specialty experience in marketing and development
Program development
Have solid understanding of the target population’s culture
Operates with a high level of personal responsibility
Proven ability to inspire and motivate others in support of the organization’s vision and mission
Must be able to work with teams across various geographic locations
Unwavering commitment to quality programs and data-driven program evaluation
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Detail oriented, organized, excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deep commitment to and believe in Operation HOPE’s mission and the 1MBB program goals
